Juliet Backup Copier is a private tool used only by its owner, Derrick Ward, to copy his own encrypted backup files into his own Google Drive.
It does not collect, sell, share or show anyone's personal data. The files it copies are already encrypted before they reach Google, and it uses Google Drive access only to store and check those backup files in the owner's own Drive.
